White Almond Butter

Marcona and Largueta almonds from the Spanish Mediterranean. Blanched, gently toasted and stone-ground until the almond's natural oil emerges. No sugar, no palm oil, nothing else.
Creamy, ivory, lightly sweet. Ideal for breakfast, baking, cream sauces and bowls.
Whole Almond Butter
"Iberian almonds, skin on. More fibre, more character."
The same Marcona and Largueta almonds from the Spanish Mediterranean, but unblanched. The skin concentrates polyphenols, fibre and minerals that the blanched version loses. Gently roasted and stone-ground until creamy.
More intense and rustic flavour than the white. Natural toasted colour. Ideal for toast, granolas, smoothies and as a base for full-bodied sauces.
Pistachio Cream
"Iberian pistachios ground. Nothing more."
Grown in Castilla-La Mancha under organic certification. Gently toasted and ground with the kernel alone — no sugar, no oils, no colouring. The green is not vibrant: it's the green real pistachio has.
